Click on the “BECOME A MEMBER” link. It’s also possible to sign up via the Aena app, any of the Aena Market portals and the parking booking portal.
Fill in the form with the different required fields and indicate a valid email address for the registration.
Once you’ve filled in all the fields, you’ll receive a confirmation email (except when signing up via the Bookings website) to enable you to activate your account within a maximum period of 24 hours. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us.
Aena Club is a loyalty club totally free of charge in its basic format. You can obtain additional benefits and discounts by subscribing to one of the available payment plans.
There are currently no physical or digital cards, although there’s a QR that you can view via your profile. To prove that you’re an Aena Club user and benefit from the different services and discounts, all you need to do is identify yourself as a member via the Aena website or app when you subscribe to the different services or display your number plate when you enter the parking facilities.
