General
Aena Club is an Aena loyalty programme whose main objective is to reward the loyalty of users who make frequent use of the services offered by Aena at the airports (parking, VIP services, shops, etc.) by offering them promotions and discounts, depending on the type of card they have selected.
You can enjoy your benefits and discounts according to your card type as long as you purchase the services from the website or the app by logging in beforehand. Depending on your card type, in addition to discounts, there are also benefits for using Fast Lane/Fast Track services and VIP lounges.
Aena Club operates at all airports in Spain.
You can view the information on the use of your personal data in the privacy policy section of the service website, which can be accessed via the link to be found at the bottom of the web page.
AENA Club: Registration and modifications
Aena Club is a loyalty club totally free of charge in its basic format. You can obtain additional benefits and discounts by subscribing to one of the available payment plans.
- Click on the link “BECOME A MEMBER”. It is also possible to register from the Aena App, any of the Aena portals (Aena Market, parking reservation portal, Vip services purchase portal, or the Aena WIFI connection portal at the airport).
There are currently no physical or digital cards, although there’s a QR that you can view via your profile. To prove that you’re an Aena Club user and benefit from the different services and discounts, all you need to do is identify yourself as a member via the Aena website or app when you subscribe to the different services or display your number plate when you enter the parking facilities.
Please check your inbox and spam box and the folders for “Special Offers” and so on to see whether you’ve received an account activation email. If you don’t receive this email after a few minutes, please contact us again, indicating the email address you used during your registration. If you’ve entered the wrong email address, you’ll have to sign up again.
You’ll have to sign up again. The system will automatically invalidate the registration made with the wrong email address.
We inform you that the system does not allow you to make this modification, since the email is considered unique data associated with each user's account.
If you need to use a new email, you will have to manage the opening of a new account through the “Register” button located in the header of the club page https://clubcliente.aena.es/AenaClub/en/. In this case, we recommend that you previously cancel the account that is not going to be used through the “My account” section as long as there are no pending payments.
To reset your password, you’ll have to visit the Aena Club website and click on Have you forgotten your password?, indicating your email address and following the steps you’ll receive in the email.
Aena Club has this email address already registered, so either it’s the same as the one used by a previously registered user or you previously registered here or on an Aena Market portal. If you don’t remember your password, you’ll need to reset it by using the “Forgotten your password?” link available on the “Log in” page.
The credentials for logging into Aena Club are shared by other services such as Aena Travel, Food to Fly, Parking, VIP Lounges, etc., as a result of which unsubscribing from Aena Club also entails unsubscribing from these other associated services. To unsubscribe from Aena Club you’ll need to go to the “My Account” section and click on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link.
Parking
When you are an Aena Club member, you can get various discounts on Parking.
For a detailed description of the current parking discounts, click on Services in the upper menu or on Aena Club parking discounts.
VIP services
You can get entry to the VIP Lounges using Aena’s app and website, and at the lounge’s desk. You can use them as long as you have a boarding card.
As an Aena Club member, you can only get the discounts if you make the purchase using Aena’s app/website and as long as you are logged in as a Club member.
It isn’t possible to enter the lounges without a boarding card.
It is necessary to purchase one entrance per person via the Aena website/app.

The Meet & Assist service can be hired by any passenger via the Aena website or app 72 hours in advance.
Enjoy Aena Card
We offer Aena Club members the possibility of benefiting from the advantages offered by the credit card issued by Bankinter Consumer Finance, EFC, SA (apply for card), offering its holders a series of additional benefits in Aena services once they have made three consumer transactions with the card. In addition to rewarding you for purchases made using the card in Aena establishments and sales terminals and in other Airport establishments affiliated with the Loyalty program (see conditions).
When entering the Aena VIP Lounge, the Enjoy Premium cardholder will have to present the QR identifying the 2 available accesses that correspond to them, so that these can be validated. Using this annual QR the 50% discount can be applied only for the companion of cardholders who present this QR associated with the Enjoy Premium card, by paying with the Enjoy Premium card when making a purchase at the VIP lounge counter. *Please note that if you acquire a card and have contracted a Plus or VIP payment subscription, access to VIP Services will be accumulated in the subscription mode (your subscription QRs can be viewed on the VIP services website, https://serviciosvip.aena.es/vip/es, by logging into your account and going to the "My purchases" section). ENJOY Aena card discounts cannot be accumulated with subscription discounts, although the greatest discount (the most advantageous for the user) will be applied.
Parking discounts on online bookings and additional purchases of VIP Services will be applied once you have logged in, depending on whether you have chosen the ‘Enjoy’ or ‘Enjoy Premium’ card. This is shown in your My Account profile.

What savings do I accumulate with purchases made using the Enjoy Aena Card?
The savings you can accumulate differ depending on the type of card you have:
- Enjoy Aena Card. In this case, 5% of each purchase made in airport establishments and sales terminals associated with Aena using the card in the deferred payment method ("Revolving") and 2% in other businesses.
- In end-of-month payment mode, we return 3% of each purchase made with the card in establishments and sales terminals associated with Aena, and 0.2% in other businesses. These amounts will be credited to the card the month after the purchases are made, up to an annual maximum of €72.
- Enjoy Aena Premium Card 10% back from each purchase made in airport establishments and sales terminals associated with Aena using the card in the deferred payment method ("Revolving") and 2% in other businesses.
In end-of-month payment mode, we return 5% of each purchase made with the card in establishments and sales terminals associated with Aena, and 0.2% in other businesses. These amounts will be credited to the card the month after the purchases are made, up to an annual maximum of €240.

The Enjoy Aena card has no associated costs, but it does have endless advantages. The Enjoy Aena Premium card has an issue fee of €20 (charged only once) and an annual maintenance fee of €60 (this fee will not be charged when the cardholder has made a deferral or instalment payment with the card that has generated interest for the repayment of the amount used)
